The Great Reset

So recently, Obama pushed through an 800$ billion stimulus package that sets up a large number of projects, many of which are designed not only to help the economy but to set up long-term trends and projects that will take us into the "next phase" of America. In that sense, these kinds of plans are the silver lining of the recession ... and the Atlantic monthly recently published an interview with urban theorist Richard Florida titled The Great Reset about this very issue.
