TED Talk on Economics of HIV

Even though I spend a large portion of my life thinking about HIV and AIDS, I am always surprised at how often other people want to talk about and consider this virus and its associated syndrome. Thus, it is often a very pleasant surprise to me when I come upon a way to think about the virus that I have not encountered before. The talk below, discussing the economic effects of HIV from a very non-biology standpoint, is one such new point of view, and I believe it is worth taking a look at.
